    <title>Week 5 of Lard-Watch</title>

    <description>&lt;p&gt;Plus &amp;ccedil;a change, etc...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Another flat(ish) week, teetering around a half kilo loss, but given 
that&apos;s only a pint of water that&apos;s hardly here or there. Then again given 
the number of pints in the last week, I&apos;m quite happy to stay level.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description>&lt;p&gt;Late report this time, and nothing to report, the expected 1kg loss 
didn&apos;t happen and I ended up level.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Not too surprising given that I&apos;d ramped up the exercise and the 
food/booze intake a bit, but still a bit dispiriting.&lt;p&gt;

    <title>Week 2 of Lard Watch</title>

    <description>&lt;p&gt;Another week, another kilo, 2 down 11 to go.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Not the
&lt;a href=&quot;http://feetup.org/blog/general/Lard-Watch/Week-1.html&quot;&gt;hoped for&lt;/a&gt;
2kg, but I&apos;m still pretty pleased, and the interruptions to the programme 
last week didn&apos;t throw things out too much.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As I&apos;m only 3 days from the next end-of-week, I know I&apos;m not going to 
hit a 2kg target for this week, but I&apos;m heading for yet another kilo, 
maybe one and a half.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Excel charts are reporting an overall trend of 1.1kg loss, so I 
guess the trend is starting to tip onto the downslope now.&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Week 1 of Lard Watch</title>

    <description>&lt;p&gt;Mixed results after the first week, some progress, but not quite as 
much as hoped for, and the exercise programme hasn&apos;t fully kicked off
yet.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anyway vital figures are, current loss 1kg, so 12kg to go.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Excel charts are reporting a trend of 0.6kg loss, but the trend
is following a longer term moving average so it hasn&apos;t quite tipped onto the 
downslope yet. Given that I had 3 days eating/drinking more than planned 
I&apos;m pretty happy with this week, next week&apos;s goal is a further 2kg.&lt;/p&gt;
