Motorola A1000
The first two Motorola UIQ phones the Motorola A920 and A925 were strong contenders for the title of chunkiest mobile phone ever, the Motorola A1000 however showed that Motorola could think thin long before the RAZR saw the light of day.
If you think of the A1000 as a 3G version of the Sony Ericsson P900 with a better camera you wouldn't be far out.
